Afterwards I went on to complete a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Whether you are looking for general support and guidance or are seeking relief from low mood, feelings of anxiety, or substance use problems, counselling may be able to provide clarity and direction in your life.

Many people experience stressful situations and emotions at some point in their life which cannot be overcome by ‘pushing through’ or ‘toughing it out’. However with the proper support and resources it is possible to re-frame these difficult situations as opportunities to make positive changes in life, leading to insight and growth.

Counselling can provide a safe and empathetic environment to explore your concerns free of shame and judgments. If you or someone you know needs to talk, please contact me to arrange a free phone consultation.
